Table Size & Layout
Each trade show table space is 10’ deep x 10’ wide, has a high draped back wall, and comes with 6’ x 24" skirted table, 2 folding chairs, and 600-watt electrical outlet.

Location
All trade show tables will be in Ballroom B, separate from the conference meeting room.

Requirements
All sponsors & exhibitors must have products or services of interest or relevance to the organic sector/organic agriculture.
All exhibitors are required to carry Commercial General Liability Insurance subject to a minimum of $1 million for the duration of the event.
