Director Election
Our director elections process happens in advance of the AGM, as per changes to our bylaws adopted in November 2024. We received by the deadline no more nominees than required to fill the vacancies, therefore an online vote was not required.
The following nominees were elected to the board by acclamation; Donna Ell, Cheryl Norleen & Robin Schill. We thank them for letting their names stand for election to the board of SaskOrganics!
