Serious special dietary needs may not be able to be accommodated after March 12, as per the venue. However banquet staff will be available during meals to ask questions about the main food line items, if you have food preferences or avoidances.
We strongly encourage pre-registrations but also accept walk-in registrations at the door. We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH at the door. Major credit or debit cards and cheque only.

About zeffy
While Zeffy relies on donations to make the software free to non-profits like us, you do not have to donate anything to them. At checkout, simply click the drop down menu next to where it says “Support the 100% free Canadian platform we use!” and enter $0.00 OR any custom amount you choose.
REfund Policy
In the event of sickness or personal emergency preventing you from attending, SaskOrganics may transfer your ticket to another person. Changes to ticket holder would have to be made by Friday March 20 at 4:00pm. In the event of a force majeure that would prevent SaskOrganics from hosting this event, credit will be issued to ticket holders for a future year's conference . No cash refunds will be issued.
